Terms of Service

HelpMeNegotiate is a web service that helps freelancers prepare negotiation scripts — opening messages, talking points, and walk-away lines. It is part of the Dekimu ecosystem and uses the shared Dekimu Hub at id.dekimu.com for authentication. By using the service you accept these terms.

You need a Dekimu account to use HelpMeNegotiate. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the actions taken on your account.

HelpMeNegotiate is for personal and professional negotiation preparation. You agree not to:

• Use the service for harassment, threats, fraud, or unlawful conduct
• Submit content that infringes third-party rights or shares confidential information you’re not allowed to share
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service beyond normal use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

The scripts and suggestions produced by HelpMeNegotiate are templates and recommendations, not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything you send to a counterparty.

You own the inputs you provide (situation, target outcome, etc.) and the outputs generated from them. You grant Dekimu a limited license to process that content strictly to operate the service.

HelpMeNegotiate is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We aim for useful, accurate output but do not guarantee specific outcomes in your negotiations.

To the extent permitted by law, Dekimu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output. Your consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.

Where this service issues anchored receipts (APR, ACR, or any other Anchored Receipts protocol-family member), those receipts are technical evidence: they record that a signed event existed and that its content has not been altered since signing. They are not legal proof of any underlying fact, are not a substitute for qualified legal advice, and carry no warranty of admissibility before any regulator, court, auditor, or tribunal. The legal effect of a receipt in any specific jurisdiction or proceeding is outside this service’s and Dekimu’s control.

You agree to use this service in compliance with applicable law. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness of any statement, declaration, or attestation that you sign, anchor, or attribute to yourself through this service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless Dekimu Labs S.L., its affiliates, and its personnel from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or from misrepresentations you make through it.

You can delete your Dekimu account at any time from Dekimu ID. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, with notice where feasible.

If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and, when relevant, notify you by email before the changes take effect.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to consumer protection rules in your place of residence.
